Kate Winslet's Salmon Teriyake Style
1. Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
2. Dry the steaks with kitchen paper and place in a bowl with a lid. Pour over the marinade, cover and leave for 1 hour.
3. Remove the steaks from the marinade, brush with oil, season and barbecue or grill on a medium heat for 3–4 minutes on each side. The fish is cooked when the flesh flakes.
4. Serve with red onion relish and lime or lemon wedges.

"Kate’s version of salmon teriyaki is delicious, light and healthy. She suggests that it’s served with a good quality red onion relish, but you can also serve it with some rice if you wish."
