Cooking Instructions
1. Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
2. Dry the steaks with kitchen paper and place in a bowl with a lid. Pour over the marinade, cover and leave for 1 hour. 3. Remove the steaks from the marinade, brush with oil, season and barbecue or grill on a medium heat for 3–4 minutes on each side. The fish is cooked when the flesh flakes. 4. Serve with red onion relish and lime or lemon wedges. Source:
